- 1250 ml air.
- 1/4 siung bawang bombay.
- 2 bungkus dashi.
- 5 sdm kombu tsuyu.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 2 sdt Gula.
- Minyak wijen terakhir di mangkok saji 1sdt.
- Udon.
- sesuai selera Banyaknya.
- Onsen egg.
- 1000 ml air didihkan.
- 250 air biasa (campurkan dengan air mendidih tadi).
- Telur (suhu ruangan).

Langkah-langkah untuk membuat Niku udon with onsen egg :
- Lumurin daging dengan bumbu daging, diamkan 30 menit.
- Tumis sampai matang, dan bawang bombay transparan, lalu tiriskan..
- Untuk kuah, didihkan air, tuang smua bumbu. Koreksi rasa. Matikan api..
- Tuang udon frozen (sudah suhu ruang) biarkan sekitar 2 menit. Lalu tiriskan udon nya..
- Untuk onsen egg, campur air mendidih dengan air biasa sesuai takaran, celupakan telur diamkan 18-20 menit. Setelah itu tiriskan ke air dingin. Buka telur pelan2 agar kuning telur tidak pecah. Sajikan.
- Setelah tuang udon dan kuah ke mangkok saji tambahkan minyak wijen 1 sdt. Sajikan bersama daging dan telur tadi diatasnya..
